For over 18 years Galaxy Guitar Products USA has delivered a commitment to excellence in service & products offered to our customers. We are a company run by musicians serving musicians worldwide.
Weather your playing a local gig or your on the road & need guitars shipped to your hotel.
Galaxy meets the demands of serious musicians. We track shipments until you receive them.
Warranty:
Every Galaxy Guitar is backed by our 90 day Ltd warranty plus 10 years of technical support.
Our tech support means for 10 years if you need to speak with a real guitar tech, ask questions or something needs to be replaced on your guitar such as a non electrical or wood part, Galaxy at its option will replace the part free for you, providing the part was defective & we can get the exact part. Normal wear & tear is not covered under this 10 year tech support agreement. Our customer commitment does not stop there. We will ship your part to you free. This commitment to excellence in service is provided to the original purchaser of the Galaxy Instrument. A copy of your original receipt is required. Specific warranty information is provided with your guitar.
Galaxy FT-1 Finger Protectors are not covered under any warranty. Due to the sanitary nature of the item worn on the finger, no returns all sales are final as indicated before your order is confirmed & terms are agreed to.
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your guitar purchase, you may return it with the original packaging, all tags attached & packaging materials in new condition for a prompt and courteous exchange within 7 days of the original purchase date. A $70 charge is kept to cover our domestic shipping costs. A higher amount for international returns. Customer must notify our office first via email at support@galaxyguitar.com for a return authorization.
We will issue a return number that must be included on shipping packing list for acceptance at our facility.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original method of purchase payment minus our shipping cost within 3 business days after the return is received in good order. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges & must insure the instrument for the full purchase value paid.
Returns sent collect or without prior authorization from Galaxy Guitar Products USA will not be accepted.
Returns not accompanied by a copy of the original receipt & all original packing materials in new condition will receive a merchandise credit or exchange that is equal to the original purchase price of customers original purchase.
Optional Over Night VIP Shipping Services:
Galaxy Guitar Products USA offers special over night shipping services via Federal Express.
Galaxy FT-1 Finger Protectors can be shipped over night in the USA for an additional $78.00 USD.
Galaxy Guitars can be shipped over night in the USA for an additional $300.00 Air Freight charge.
International customers can inquire via email at sales@galaxyguitar.com or click the contact us tab for shipping rates to your country.
International Customs Charges:
Galaxy ships worldwide. We ship our Galaxy FT-1's Finger Protectors via United States Postal Service Priority.
International shipments must clear customs in your Country. Customs charges in your country are not covered by Galaxy.
